Rajinikanth is working vigorously to start a political party and he has appointed office-bearers for his Makkal Manram across the State. In continuation of this, today he came out with a list of office-bearers for Tuticorin district. Sources close to Superstar say Raju Mahalingam, who quit Lyca International productions and joined the Makkal Manram recently, is set to be appointed as State secretary. Rajinikanth who has been making moves aimed at consolidating his Makkal Manram among the masses came out with list of office-bearers for Tutirocin district this morning. It also included names for Tiruchendur, Kovilpatti, Ottapidaram, Sri Vaikuntam among others. Several meetings are being held at various places across the State by the members of his association on their future course of action and political policies to be framed.
