Nimir starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Parvathi Nair and Namitha Pramod in lead roles is directed by National award winning filmmaker Priyadarshan. Nimir happens to be a remake of super hit Malayalam movie ‘Maheshinte Prathikaram’, which had won National award as well. Earlier, Nimir was scheduled to release by 26th of January. Since the release date is nearing it has been now censored and CBFC has given a U certificate for Nimir. The film is produced by Santhosh T Kuruvilla and musical score is done by Darbuka Siva and Ajaneesh Loknath. Samuthirakani, MS Bhaskar and Shanmugharajan alongside director Mahendran are playing important roles in this movie.
