One of the most celeberated directors of Tamil cinema is Gautham Vasudev Menon. Now he is been very busy directing two movies, producing and acting in a movie. He plays an important role in Goli Soda 2 and now he turns National Intelligence Agent. 

This is all for the sake of an upcoming Tamil movie titled ‘Theeviram’ , which is directed by a theatre director, Michael Muthu with Gokul Anan and Amzath Khan playing the lead roles. Sameer Bharath is producing this film, which is based on a serious issue of how youngsters are brainwashed to become suicide bombers. Gautham Vasudev Menon will be appearing as a National Intelligence Agent by the end of movie. His portions have been already shot and producer of this film, Sameer will be playing his assistant.

Gautham Vasudev Menon (born 25 February 1973), more commonly known as Gautham Menon, is an Indian film director and producer, who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. Many of his films have been critically acclaimed, most notably his semi-autobiographical films Vaaranam Aayiram (2008) and Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (2010) and his action-thrillers Kaakha Kaakha (2003) and Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu (2006). Vaaranam Aayiram won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil. Gautham Menon spearheaded releasing movies of same content in different languages, simultaneously. He produces films through his London Stock Exchange-listed Photon Kathaas film production company and his film "Thanga Meengal" won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil.
