After Pandiya Naadu, Vikranth has played an important role in director Suseenthiran's Nenjil Thunivirundhal. The movie also features Snadeep Kishan in another important role. While Speaking about the film, Vikranth said that “The movie is made with a social concern and the movie is about friendship. I am happy that after PaandiyaNaadu, Suseendhiran called me again for Nenjil Thunivirundhal. He is my mentor and I am ready to even do a cameo in his films”. Vikranth also added that “He suggested me to go for an image makeover in the film. Unlike my earlier movies in which I played angry Youngman roles, he showed me calm and a matured person in Nanjil Thunivirundhal. I tried my hands in comedy too in the film. I am doing a similar role in Suseendhiran's next Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu 2.” “After watching PaandiyaNaadu, Bala sir called me and encouraged me to continue doing similar roles that showcases my acting skills. I will act in movies that has importance for my role”, says Vikranth.
