This big Hindi film is said to be remade in Tamil and Kannada by director Ramesh Aravind. Kajal Aggarwal will be rendering the female lead role of Queen in Tamil remake and it is titled Paris Paris. Parul Yadhav is rendering the female lead role of Queen in Kannada remake and it is titled Butterfly. The shooting of Tamil and Kannada remake was about to start shortly. Tamannah has singed to play the female lead role of Queen in Telugu. But it was unkown who will be acting in Malyalam remake of Queen. It is now officially announced that Manjima Mohan will be playing the female lead role of Queen in Malayalam remake. Other cast and crew will be announced shortly.
