Dream Warriors SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu have produced the movie Aruvi. The movie is directed by KS Ravikumar’s assistant Prabhu Purishothaman. This movie has been made as a socio-political movie for which the lead female role auditions alone happened for 8 months. Aditi Balan has performed as the lead female who has been selected as one in 500 who came for the auditions. Aditi Balan has acted as Aruvi in the movie and It is an interesting life story of the female lead character. This movie has given different dimensions to the same story at one dimension it might be like a biography of Aruvi, from the other dimension it will be like interesting scenarios happening in Aruvi’s life. In this movie Mohamed Ali Bhai a theater artist from Hyderabad, Anjali Varadhan a transgender woman, Lakshmi Gopal Swamy a Kannada actor and Madhan have acted in major roles. Even before the release the movie was screen in Shanghai film festival, Mumbai international film festival, National film festival, The Hepidete international film festival Delhi, The Bioscope global film festival Punjab and the movie was welcomed and had good response.
