The Tamilnadu government has announced the state awards for artist in Tamil cinema from the year 2009 to 2014. Many have thanked the government for recognizing their hard work and effort they have put in the film. Wishes are piling up for the artist who received the awards social but Pa.Vijay has alleged the Tamilnadu government with serious accusations. First he wished all artists who received the awards and he wished them success. Then he has raised questions against the government. He said “In those six years wasn’t there any good song of mine and kaviperarasu Vairamuthu to be recognized for an award. It is only Vairamuthu and I who are left out, I have reflected Tamils thoughts in ‘Inum enna thozha’ from ‘7am arivu’ doesn’t that song deserve an award. This action by the government has a political backdrop. We are left out purposefully, if the jury would have judged with clear conscience we would have received an award. Did the jury have conscience? I believe all fans will realize our pain and I strongly condemn against this.”
