One of the busiest actresses in South India is Aishwarya Rajesh. She is currently acting in ‘Idhu vedhalam sollum kadhai’ directed by Rathindran R Prasad, ‘Druva natchathiram’ directed by Gautham Menon, ‘Vada Chennai’ directed by Vetrimaran and she has also signed a new project with Lakshmi Ramakrishnan. Tamilnadu state awards were announced and she receives an award for ‘Kakka muttai’ released in 2015. She was welcomed positively by critics and audiences for Kakka muttai and the movie has shaped her career in a tremendous way. She has thanked the TN government for the awards and she has also said, “I can never forget ‘Kakka muttai’ in my cinema career. It was a role many heroines would hesitate to do it but I took it up as a challenge and I reaped the fruit from it. I have received a state award for my I take this occasion as an opportunity to thank my director Manikandan for giving me the role, I thank my fans and I humbly thank the Tamilnadu government for honouring me.”
