‘Thani oruvan’ was release in 2015 is still a unforgettable movie and many are still quoting dialogues of Siddarth Abimanyu. The negative role played by Aravind Swamy lured so many youngsters. The movie gave a big recognition to Mohan Raja and Jayam Ravi. It was also a huge comeback for Aravind Swamy. Mohan Raja himself said that this huge success of, ‘Thani oruvan’ was unexpected and a pleasant surprise for him. After the success in Tamil, ‘Thani oruvan’ was remade in Telugu as ‘Dhruva’ and was released in 2016. Ramcharan played the lead role and Aravind Swamy played the same role in Telugu. Telugu remake was also a big hit, now it has been officially confirmed that the film will be remade in Hindi featuring Siddarth Malhotra and Arjun Kapoor in lead roles. It looks like Siddarth might be seen playing the role of Jayam Ravi and Arjun Kapoor essaying the characterization of Arjun Kapoor. Sabir Khan will be wielding the megaphone and details about others in the cast and crew is yet to be finalized.
