Director turned actor Samuthirakani recently won National award for his performance in director Vetrimaaran’s ‘Visaranai’. Samuthirakani is all set to team up with Thalaiavar for the first time and we reported earlier that Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi is paired opposite Rajini in this film which will be directed by Pa Ranjith. ‘Baahubali 2’ VFX technician Peter Drapper also joined the crew of Thalaivar’s film. This mega venture is produced by Dhanush under his banner ‘Wunderbar Films’. Santhosh Narayanan will be composing music again for Rajini’s film, after their hit film ‘Kabali’.
