Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is directing ‘Padmavati’ which stars Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in lead roles. The film has been facing troubles since the beginning of its shoot. ‘Padmavati’ sets were burnt recently which damaged the costumes and the properties. ‘Padmavati’ was slated for a November release and now it is reported that the film’s release might get postponed to next year due to the shooting schedule. However there is no official confirmation regarding this. Deepika Padukone will be seen as Rani Padmini and the film’s fictional plot is based on her life. Shahid Kapoor will be portraying the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh is essaying the role of Alauddin Khilji in ‘Padmavati’. Shahid Kapoor has started his schedule for ‘Padmavati’ and Deepika Padukone will join him soon for the shoot. Ranveer Singh will join the crew later.
