1. Prabhu Deva is fondly called as ‘India’s Michael Jackson’ 2. He made his choreography debut with Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vetri Vizha’ in 1989 3. Prabhu Deva rose to fame in 1993 with ‘Chikku Bukku Rayile’ song from the film ‘Gentleman’ 4. Prabhu Deva along with A R Rahman performed at ‘MJ & Friends’ troupe, owned by Michael Jackson to raise fund for African children! 5. He won national award for choreographing Hrithik Roshan for ‘Main Aisa Kyun Hoon’ song in ‘Lakshya’ 6. Prabhu Deva has won two national awards for ‘Best choreography’ 7. He was one among the international stars to perform in IPL 5 opening ceremony. 8. Prabhu Deva owns a dance academy in Singapore. 9. His first video album ‘It is boring’ was planned for a release in 2013. 10. Prabhu Deva has choreographed over 100 films, produced 4 & directed 13 films!
