Director Meera Kathiravan’s next directorial venture is ‘Vizhithiru’ after his critically acclaimed film ‘Aval Peyar Tamizharasi’. Vidharth, Krishna and Venkat Prabhu have played the lead roles in this film while Dhansika and Baby Sara have played pivotal roles. ‘Vizhithiru’ is based on the circumstances that happen in a single night. The characters in the film get connected for one critical situation. Meera Kathirvan has produced this film in collaboration with his friends under their banner ‘Haya Maryam Film House’. The distributional rights across Tamil Nadu is acquired by Vidiyal Raju of ‘Soundharyan Pictures’. The ‘Vizhithiru’ team held their press-meet today and the excerpts from the meet as follows: Director Meera Kathiravan said that he was able to witness a producer’s tough situation through his film ‘Vizhithiru’. Since the theme of the story is mainly based at night, the team had to shoot at night at most of the time. The director said that 10 days of night shoot is equal to 100days of day shoot for a film. Meera Kathiravan is also confident that their hard work will be paid through the success of their film. Actor Krishna was praised for his excellent stunt work without a dupe and the director thanked producer Vidiyal Raju for his confidence in buying the rights even without watching the film. Producer Vidiyal Raju said that the reason for buying the distributional rights without watching the film was his confidence over the film’s specialty. The producer is in awe after watching T.Rajendar’s performance in the film. Vidiyal Raju is confident that ‘Vizhithiru’ will be a huge commercial hit among the audience. Another forte in this film is that seven music composers including, T Rajendar, Vijay Antony, G V Prakash, Santhosh Narayanan, SS Thaman, C Sathya and Alphonse have sung songs in this film.
