Director Hari is all set to direct a sequel ‘Saami 2’ of his previous hit flick ‘Saami’. He is well known for his swift screenplay in all his films. Hari’s ‘Singam 3’ is a huge hit in the box office. ‘Saamy 2’ cast includes Vikram and Trisha as the leads similar to the film’s prequel. The film team has slated to begin their shoot during summer this year. Shibu Thameens will produce the film while Harris Jayaraj who composed music for the prequel, composes music for this edition too. This film will be the third for Trisha in Hari’s direction after his previous films like Saamy and Aaru respectively. Trisha has multiple films lined up including Sathuranga Vettai 2, ’96, Garjanai and an untitled Malayalam film. Excited Trisha confirmed the news in her official twitter handle stating that: “Wudnt call it a circle but looks like I'm back to where I started #SAAMY2 #onboard #doubletheaction #doublethelove #excited#Trish62 ” Vikram is currently working in an untitled film and Dhruva Natchathiram.
