After much speculation of the actor behind the posters of 'Yaar Ivan’ & 'Veedavedu', it was revealed later. It is none other than Sachin Joshi, last seen in Bollywood film ‘Jackpot’ and Tollywood film ‘Nee Jathaga Nenundali’. He is all set to make his Tamil debut with ‘Yaar Ivan’. Director T Sathya is the grandson of renowned director T.Prakash Rao who directed films like ‘Padagotti’ casting M G Ramachandran as the lead and ‘Utthama Puthiran’, casting Sivaji Ganesan as the lead actor. Sathya is all set to direct a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, ‘Yaar Ivan’ & 'Veedevadu' respectively. This film has Sachin Joshi and Esha Gupta in lead roles. This will be the 3rd movie for the director after his films Shiva Manasulo Shruthi and Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu. ‘Yaar Ivan’ also marks the Tamil debut of the director. The movie cast includes Prabhu, Kishore Kumar, Sathish, Delhi Ganesh, Dhanya Balakrishnan and Vennila Kishore in pivotal roles. This film is a Romantic-Thriller, scheduled for April 2017 release. This film is produced by Raina Joshi and Sivaprasad Gudimitla is the executive producer. The music for the film is composed by SS Thaman.
