Nayanthara has been giving importance to the woman-centric subjects recently. Previously her film ‘Nee Enge En Anbe’, the remake of Vidya Balan’s ‘Kahani’ and later the movie ‘Maya’ were a blockbuster hit. Her performances in both the films were highly appreciated by the audience and the film fraternities. In her upcoming flick ‘Aramm’, Nayanthara has completed shooting and it is in the post-production stage. She portrays the role of a district collector. The film has Vignesh and Ramesh of ‘Kaaka Muttai fame in crucial roles. The film is directed by debutant Gopi Nainar and produced by Om Prakash of ‘KJR studios’. The music for the film is composed by Ghibran. The films ‘Dora’, a fantasy-thriller and ‘Kolayuthir Kaalam’, a crime-thriller are in the progress of shooting.
