Sundar C‘s previous directorial venture ‘Aranmanai 2’ was a hit last year. Now the director is all set to direct a huge budget film titled ‘Sanghamithra’, equal to ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Endhiran 2.0’. The film is produced by Sri Thenandal films and it is in the pre-production stage. The director approached several leading heroes for this flick. Later the filmmaker roped in Jayam Ravi and Arya as the leads. The film is going to be a historical fantasy film, which will be shot in 3 languages such as Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Being a big budget film the director has roped in AR Rahman as the music composer, Sabu Cyril for Art direction, VFX will be handled by Kamalakannan, Sudeep Chatterjee of ‘Bajirao Mastani’ fame takes care of Cinematography. Shriya Saran was already cast in as the lead. The recent Buzz is that Shruthi Haasan will also be joining the team. We are waiting for the team to make an official announcement regarding this.
