Earlier it was reported that actress Jyotika will be a part of leading ladies with Samantha and Kajal Aggarwal in Vijay 61. However Jyotika opted out of the project quoting the date issues. We hear that actress Nitya Menen has been chosen replacing Jyotika. Actresses like Simran, Vidya balan were also on the cards for playing Jyotika’s role. The team has already started their shooting while the leading ladies combo had already been a hit in the Telugu movie Janatha Garage starring Jr NTR and Mohanlal as the leads while Samantha and Nitya Menen were the female leads and Kajal Aggarwal was seen dancing for the hit number.
