I.B.Karthikeyan of ‘Bigprint pictures’ and Saravanan of ‘K.R.Films’ have jointly produced the movie ‘Grahanam’ under their banners respectively. The movie is directed by the debutant Elan , who received great complements for his movie’s first look among the fans and the film fraternity. Elan has directed many short films and this will be his first feature film. His short film ‘V-Chithiram’ had not only won many praises, it was also nominated in ‘Ladakh International Film festival’. The movies stars Actors Krishna & ‘Kayal’ Chandran as the leads while the star cast includes Karunakaran, Karunaas, Jayaprakash and ‘Black’ Pandi playing crucial roles. Debutant Nandhini Rai is introduced through this movie. The talented technicians include Cinematographer Saravanan, Editor Mani Kumaran and the music composer Sundharamurthy. “After receiving accolades for my short film ‘V-Chithiram’, I started to write the script for my feature film ‘Grahanam’. The story one liner will be ‘The interconnection of characters through two different incidents’. Even though it is a complete thriller the commercial factors are added according to the likes of the audience. I would like to thank my producers I.B.Karthikeyan and Saravanan for providing me freedom and extended support to direct my film” says excited Elan.
