As the release date for xXx:Return of Xander Cage is nearing, the team is into vigorous promotion of the film in all places. The main lead Vin Diesel who is paired with the Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has visited India for the first time to promote their film. The couple along with director DJ Caruso received a desi welcome at the Mumbai airport on January 12. This red carpet welcome was given in a Maharashtrian style and followed till their hotels with riders in Royal Enfield bikes. In the 2-day visit, the team has gone to a popular mall in Mumbai to address the crowd and promote their upcoming release. Earlier they were at London, now in India and then will go on to the US stages. The Bajirao Mastani actress is said to leave no stone unturned for the success of her film and to make her co-star stay in India memorable. The action entertainer is slated to hit the screens on January 14 here almost a week before the US release (Jan 20). The team is all set to cash in the maximum this weekend in the Indian market.
