Udhayanidhi Stalin is currently working on two projects simultaneously. One titled as Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam with director Thalapathy Prabhu and the other untitled with director Gaurav Narayanan. Touted to be an action thriller, the movie has Manjima Mohan playing the love interest for him. The project went on floors few weeks back and the title has been recently revealed to be Ippadai Vellum. Touted to be an action thriller, the story is said to revolve around the hero and villain as a cat and mouse chase without both of them clashing directly like in case of Thani Oruvan. The negative role is played by Daniel Balaji and RK Suresh who are pitted against Udhayanidhi. The plot is also said to have a social backdrop. Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, D.Imman would be rendering his tunes. Apart from these two projects, the actor recently wrapped the shooting of Saravanan Irukka Bayamen with director Ezhil of Velainnu Vandhuta Vellaikaaran fame. This flick has Regina Cassandra as the leading lady while Srushti Dange and Soori will be seen in pivotal roles. Produced by the actor's home banner Red Giant Movies, D.Imman is the music composer for this flick too.
