Aankhen 2 directed by Anees Bazmee is said to have a strong ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Arshad Warsi, Vidyut Jamwal and Regina Cassandra. Bankrolled by Gaurang Doshi, the film will roll out from February first week at Mumbai. But the second schedule is said to be having lot more fun since they have planned to move throughout South Africa and European countries. Gaurang is very much excited on their trip abroad and they will cover few scenes at the European Palace at Johannesburg. Touted to be a heist thriller, the script demands a grand casino where the theft plot is based and hence they had chosen this location. Further we get a sneak peek on the characters played by the leading roles. Anil Kapoor plays the baddie as the casino's owner and will have a vintage Italian look. Amitabh will be featured as a character who gets released from prison after 13 years and he even gets a hairdo that suits his age. The makers have roped in the popular fashion designer Asa Kazingmei as the costume stylist for this flick. While Arjun Rampal and Arshad Warsi will be playing the young blind men as in the first installment.
