Jai’s upcoming comedy flick Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal has roped in a new member in its cast for comedy relief. The team already has Karunakaran, Kaali Venkat and Motta Rajendran in supporting roles and Santhanam is the latest addition to them. He is touted to make a cameo appearance in a scene which is reported to be a hilarious one. Pranitha Subhash plays the female lead opposite Jai for the first time. She has shared in a recent interview that she plays an IT girl who maintains a gang at her workplace. Few reports suggest that Kaali Venkat plays an ardent fan of actor Ajith Kumar while Motta Rajendran will be seen in a hilarious avatar as Karuppu Rock, a diehard fan of the wrestler Dwayne Johnson. The storyline is praised for its out-of-the-box concept and hence Santhanam has nodded to come down to play comedian from being a solo actor in the recent past. Directed by Mahendran Rajamani and produced by Vansan Movies, Santhosh Dayanidhi has scored the tunes. Earlier the plans were made to release this comedy caper for Pongal but the official announcement whether it will clash with other big releases for this Pongal is awaited.
