Jayam Ravi's upcoming fantasy action signed with the Devi director A.L.Vijay has got its title recently. Named as Vanamagan, this venture would feature the Bogan actor opposite Sayyeshaa Saigal of Shivaay fame as the leading lady making her Kollywood debut. The excited actor had even shared a poster of the film with the title along with a tagline 'Son Of Nature'. Going by its poster and the name, looks like it is set in the backdrop of a forest with Jayam Ravi playing a tribal who finds himself in a city. Sanjay Bharathi who played a supporting role as a taxi driver in Devi is a part of the cast along with Varun playing the heroine's love interest. Prakash Raj will be seen as a greedy industrialist in a pivotal role along with Thambi Ramaiah. The project was officially launched in September month and the director revealed that it will be extensively shot at the Andaman Islands. Bankrolled jointly by the director's home production house Think Big Studios, earlier it was rumoured to be titled as Kumari Kandam. The technical crew has Harris Jayaraj scoring the tunes, Antony editing the cuts and Thirunavukkarasu handling the camera.
