Vijay Antony's psychological thriller Saithan will be having a grand release on December 1 and is said to have attracted the tinsel town for its unique storyline. From the trailer and the first look posters revealed by the makers, the film is much anticipated by the movie buffs. Not to mention the music director turned actor is delivering different genre movies from the beginning starting from Naan to Pichaikaran. Now we hear that Saithan is going to be the biggest release in his career covering over 1350 screens though the demonetisation prevails in one corner. The movie will also be releasing in Telugu with the dubbed version covering almost 500 screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana districts. Earlier Pichaikaran also had a decent run with the Telugu dubbed version. Directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy and produced by the actor's spouse Fathima Antony under their home banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation, the music has been scored by the actor himself. Arundathi Nair makes her Kollywood debut playing the wife for the protagonist. The movie's plot is reported to have inspired from the novel 'Aaah' written by late Sujatha. The shooting took place at locations in Kerala and Chennai with Vijay Antony playing a newly married software professional.
