The sequel to the 1997 action comedy Judwaa is on cards to be remade by David Dhawan with his son Varun Dhawan reprising the twin role played by Salman Khan. It is the first time for Varun to hat the dual role and the team was in search of leading ladies for a while. Since it s two heroine subject, big names like Shraddha Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz, Parineeti Chopra and Alia Bhatt were heard and now the official announcement is here. The actor himself took it to Twitter to share that Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu are the roped in ladies for him. They will be stepping into Karisma Kapoor and Rambha’s characters respectively romancing with the twins of Varun. Another exciting news about this project is that Salman Khan will be making a special cameo appearance in the film as ‘Godfather Gunda’ to the Varun twins. The shooting will be covered in scenic beach locations in the Mediterranean and is planned to be made as a commercial entertainer. Also the famous song ‘Tan Tan Taara’ from the original version is going to be remixed with a new trend for the young pair.
