Gautamiputra Satakarni, the 100th film for Nandamuri Balakrishna is having the shooting running at a fast pace in exotic locations of Morocco, Georgia and places in Madhya Pradesh and Hyderabad in India. The team has planned to wrap up the entire filming by the end of this month so that it will see the limelight on January 12, 2017. The trailer of this mega budget film will be unveiled on December 9 and the audio launch will place by the midweek of December at the devotional location of Tirupati. The music composed by Chittaranjan Bhatt was earlier slated to be launched on December 16 but looks like it is being pushed to a different date. Directed by Krish of Kanche fame, NBK will be seen playing the titular role as Gautamiputra, the Satavahana emperor while Shriya Saran plays his lovelady as Vasishtha Devi. The supporting cast has Shivarajkumar as Kalahastiswara, Bollywood actors Hema Malini and Kabir Bedi in pivotal roles with them.
