The comedian turned actor Santhanam's next film as a solo hero with debut director Sethuraman has been recently titled as 'Sakka Podu Podu Raja'. The catchy title has been inspired from the 1978 classic film Sakka Podu Podu Raja starring Jaishankar, Jayachitra and Sridevi. This flick will be bankrolled by VTV Ganesh under his home banner VTV Productions. The Marathi theatre artist turned actress Vaibhavi Shandilya who is making her Kollywood debut through Server Sundaram with Santhanam is pairing with the actor for the second time in a row. The supporting cast consists of Vivek, VTV Ganesh, Sampath Raj, Robo Shankar and Narayan Lucky among others. The producer-actor duo was seen together sharing the screen space in Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya in 2013. The movie's plot run around Santhanam trying to woo a girl, lands in trouble and how he comes out of it. Ganesh plays the brother for the Dhilluku Dhuttu actor in this family entertainer. Apart from this, Santhanam has other projects like Server Sundaram, Odi Odi Uzhaikkanum and the untitled flick with director Selvaraghavan in hand.
