The Diwali release Kashmora held a press meet recently with the team members as a part of the promotional activities in both Chennai and Hyderabad. The meet was attended by the producers, director, actor Karthi and actress Sri Divya along with Vivek who plays the supporting role as Karthi’s father in the film. The second female lead Nayanthara has not attended the occasion due to other commitments. At this juncture, Vivek spoke to the press in general about why top heroines are not attending the press meets and if they do, it would be a good promotion for the film. The media had twisted the comedian’s words in a way that he had trolled Nayanthara indirectly for not attending the meet. Putting all rumours to rest, Vivek himself cleared the air by giving a statement that he had no intention to hurt the Idhu Namma Aalu actress and that he had quoted it in common. He further added that he is always a fan of the lady right from her debut film and even stood by her side when she was caught up in several controversies. What does our Nayan has to say about it ??
