Ilayathalapathy’s Bhairava which made the headlines few weeks back with the release of its first look is having the shooting progressing at a brisk pace. Directed by Bharathan, Vijaya Productions is bankrolling this flick. The recent news from the team is that they have added another supporting character to the cast. Malayalam actress Sija Rose who was last seen playing the role 'Mala Akka’ in Vijay Sethupathi's Rekka is roped in for a pivotal role. She will be featured as Harish Uthaman's wife in this film. Looks like the team got impressed by seeing her good performance in the Pooja release. However Keerthy Suresh is the lovelady pairing with Vijay. The supporting cast consists of Thambi Ramaiah, Motta Rajendran, Papri Ghosh, Sathish, YG Mahendran, Aparna Vinod and others. Daniel Balaji and Jagapati Babu are the baddies in the film. Presently the shooting is going on at the outskirts of Chennai with the team members and is likely to hit the screens for Pongal 2017.
