The director cum actor Parthiban is making headlines every week as his latest directorial venture Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga is having new additions to the cast. Starring Shanthanu Bhagyaraj as the main lead, the movie has Parvathy Nair playing his lovelady. Interestingly Parthiban himself is heard to play a pivotal role in the film. The shooting has commenced from last week with the so confirmed team members. The recent addition to the cast is that the yesteryear actress Simran is likely to make a special appearance in the film. She was last seen working with Parthiban in a film 'Anthapuram’ in 1999 for a special appearance in a song. The details of her role in this flick are not yet revealed. Speaking about this not so lengthy role, Simran shares that she takes up interesting characters at times though they are not lengthy ones. She further adds that her role in this film will not be a quirky one but will have an interesting element in it. The lady was seen making cameo appearances in three movies, Aaha Kalyanam, Trisha Illana Nayanthara and Karai Oram in the last couple of years.
