Kuttram 23 is an upcoming action thriller from Arun Vijay in which he plays the role of a police officer for the first time. It is a medico crime thriller based out of a novel written by Rajesh Kumar. Directed by Arivazhagan and produced by Arun Vijay himself under the banner In Cinemas Entertainment, the shooting was completed few weeks back. The post production works are currently underway while the movie is getting dubbed in Telugu to release simultaneously in Tollywood. The Telugu dialogues are penned by the leading writer Ramakrishna and the works have started from October 2. It is scheduled to hit the screens by the end of this year in December. The Yennai Arindhaal actor has a good fan base at the Telugu cinema industry too. The Telugu title will be out in a week, says the team. The movie features Mahima Nambiar of Sattai fame playing the leading lady pairing with Arun Vijay for the first time. Music has been composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar and the audio was launched on September 1 in a grand manner.
