Pooja Kumar who was seen in back to back movies with Kamal Haasan in Vishwaroopam and Uttama Villain is reported to have bagged a Hollywood biggie. She will be sharing the screen space with Vince Vaughn in an action thriller titled as ‘Brawl In Cell Block 99'. However she is not the leading character in the film. Jennifer Carpenter of Dexter fame will be seen as Vince’s lovelady in the film while Pooja Kumar has a pivotal role in this flick. It is notable that this is not the Hollywood debut for the actress as she was already seen in movies like Man on Ledge in 2012. The New York based Indian actress is indeed not new to the Hollywood screens. Presently she is working in a Tamil film titled 'Meen Kuzhambum Mann Paanaiyum’. She is paired opposite actor Prabhu in this film which has Kamal Haasan playing an extended cameo role. Directed by Amudeshwar, she will be featured as a female don based out of Malaysia for which the shooting was completed in January of this year.
