The National Award winning director Bala has been making the headlines as his multi-starrer project with Vishal, Arya, Rana Daggubati, Atharvaa, Anushka, Tamannaah and Arvind Swamy was on cards. This flick was based on a novel ‘Kuttra Parambarai’ written by Vela Ramamurthy known for playing villain roles in movies like Sethupathi and recently Kidari. But looks like this project has been shelved for date issues from these top actors and will run on floors only by next year. For now, the director had moved on to a new script for which the casting process is underway. This film would be a quickie and recently we heard that he has approached Simbu for playing the lead in this film. To a surprise at last, Bala has chosen young and new faces this time. Saatai actor Yuvan and newcomer Pragathi, the Third runner up in Vijay TV’s Super Singer has been signed to play the leading roles. Looks like the director is having something new for us from the young performing pair. The rest of the supporting cast and crew members are likely to be roped in shortly.
