Kangana Ranaut famous for her women oriented roles has signed for yet another film on the same lines. This time it is for the historical drama Rani Laxmibai. The film is an account of the courageous queen of earlier times Jhansi Rani who has been a source of inspiration for all the women across the nation. The director of the film Ketan Mehta has mentioned that some international artists and crew will be part of this historical movie. Locations like Jhansi, Varanasi and Gwalior have been selected for the filming of scenes to bring about the originality of the script. Currently the actress is undergoing training on hand combats, horse riding and fighting with two swords. It is also expected that the queen will share a special bond with the horse which has been named as Badal. The horse proved to be the greatest support for Jhansi Rani during the time of battle according to historical facts. Kangana has put her full concentration on this film and has not signed any other projects. Another very interesting news is that Kangana also has a very special connection with the Rani as she had recited one of the poems based on the life of the Queen when she was six years old at an Independence Day function.
