Niharika Konidela who made her debut to big screens from being a television presenter in Oka Manasu has got the attention of many directors after her impressive performance in her debut film. Apart from acting, the lady is also a producer who bankrolled a Telugu web-series under the banner Pink Elephant Pictures. In a recent interview, she shared that she is happy to work in other language movies as well as in remake films apart from straight ones. The first one among them would be the remake of a Marathi horror drama flick ‘Happy Journey’ released in 2014. The story of the film revolves around a sister who loves her brother deep from her heart that even after her death, she stays with him as a ghost. This flick would be a heroine-centric one with Niharika reprising the role played by Priya Bapat. Harshvardhan Rane will play her brother and an ad director Murali Krishna will make his directorial debut. Further it is an emotional drama with good entertainment elements and would be a sure success in Telugu. We also hear that she might produce the film under her home banner jointly with another production house.
