The sequel to the court room drama Jolly LLB is on cards to be made by the same director Subhash Kapoor. The original version had Arshad Warsi and Amrita Rao playing the main leads and Boman Irani in a pivotal role. While the second installment will have completely different star cast with Akshay Kumar as the main protagonist as lawyer Jolly. Paresh Rawal will be seen in a pivotal role this time and the team was hunting for the perfect leading lady. Several names like Sonakshi Sinha were rounding the media while the confirmed news now is Huma Qureshi. Her last outing in Bollywood was in a collaborative feature film, X: Past is Present. This would be the first time for Huma to pair with superstar Akshay Kumar. Saurabh Shukla who was seen as judge in the first part will make a special appearance along with Arshad Warsi who is also making the same. The shooting is likely to commence from August 15 at Lucknow for 25 days and then few places at Varanasi and Kashmir. However the story of the second part is kept secret and the makers are tight-lipped about the plot.
