Cracking comedy using mere dialogues in the script is Santhanam's forte. In line of such movies, his upcoming horror comedy Dhillukku Dhuttu has come out as a promising entertainer for this Summer. The trailer which was released on June 24 has also received several praises for its hilarious funny scenes. At the same time, the makers have finished with its censor formalities. The Censor Board had awarded them a U/A certification and the team is planning on the next step to finalise the release date. Previously it was anticipated to open to screens on July 1, the next 3 day weekend. However official confirmation on the same from the team is awaited. Directed by debutant Rama Bala, the Lollu Sabha director has delivered his best with his known associate Santhanam in his first film itself. Produced by Sri Thenandal Films, newcomer Shanaya plays the love interest for the actor. Not to mention, the supporting cast to give such a full dose comedy includes Saurabh Shukla, Anandraj, Karunas, Singamuthu, Mottai Rajendran and Lollu Sabha Manohar.
