Dhanush's upcoming film Kodi with Durai Senthilkumar is gearing to hit the screens in a couple of months. In a recent interview, the director shared that the actor will be canning dual roles as twin brothers. One twin is a politician (character name Kodi) and the other one is a professor (Anbu). The elder brother who plays the titular role is bold and aggressive while the younger one is calm and subtle. Further he will also be seen in three different dimensions with three character shades in this flick. Touted to be a political thriller, the director seemed to have done an extensive research on twins that will be the backbone of the plot. This revenge drama story will show how the emotions and actions of one twin reflects on the other. The shooting was completed in March at parts of Kerala, in Pollachi and Coimbatore. The leading ladies are Trisha in a politician role with negative shades along with the Premam actress Anupama Parameshwaran as an egg vendor whose role is also a tricky one. Produced by Vetrimaran's Grassroots Films, S.Madhan under Escape Artists banner will be releasing the film.
