One among the most happening pair of Tamil film industry includes Jai and Anjali since they joined for the first and last time five years ago for Engeyum Eppothum. The latest news is that they both will be seen together in a movie to be directed by debutant Sinish. Billed as a romantic horror, the technical crew members are R.Saravanan for cinematography and Antony L.Ruben for editing. 

Stunts will be taken care by Dhilip Subbarayan and Sherif would choreograph the dance sequences. The costumes will be designed by N.J.Sathya and the art director is Shakthi Venkatraj. With a pool of talented technicians, the makers announced the media that Anjali is the confirmed actress on board officially on her birthday (June 16). 

The lady’s role in the movie demands an intense performance and hence they have opted for Anjali unanimously. The director shares that once the team announced that they are having Jai and Anjali as the main leads, the response was phenomenal. It is not confirmed if she plays the pivotal role as a ghost in the film. Hope the Angadi Theru actress does her best in this horror.


Jai is an Indian actor working in Tamil films. Nephew of music composer Deva, Jai had worked as a keyboardist in films and had made his acting debut in a supporting role in Bagavathi (2002). In 2007, he successfully auditioned for a leading role in Venkat Prabhu's sports film Chennai 600028. The film emerged as a cult classic, as did his next role of an unemployed 1980s Madurai lad in Sasikumar's Subramaniapuram (2008).

Jai subsequently garnered praise for diverse roles, including a villager on holiday in Goa (2010), a timid working factory worker in Engaeyum Eppothum (2011) and a customer care executive in the romantic drama Raja Rani (2013), which became his biggest commercial success.
