The producers of 2.0 starring Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar have planned something grand for the Shankar directorial. Shankar himself is known for making mega budget films and his collaboration with the multinational production house has raised the expectations even more. The recent word from the team is that they are planning to release the first look poster of the film by September month. And the movie will open to screens by third quarter of 2017. Raju Mahalingam, the Creative Head of Lyca Productions has shared in a recent interview that being basically a mobile company, they have several innovative means of distributing the music album composed by A.R.Rahman. He also says that the scientific fiction has something for all types of audiences. The producer is very much confident that once the movie is released, the whole of the tinsel town will be able to see the true potential of director Shankar to the range of a Hollywood movie maker. Another interesting news is that they have planned to take this film into the Chinese market in a grand way being the first Tamil film to make a grand release in China.
