We reported earlier this week that Sundar C will be helming the 100th venture of Sri Thenandal Films. The makers are roping in many noted members in the technical crew like Thiru to crank the camera, Sabu Cyril as the art director and Kamala Kannan of Baahubali fame to take care of the VFX works. A recent addition to the team in the cast is rumoured to be Suriya to play one of the male lead. The film is touted to be a historic drama in the lines of Baahubali and is planned to have an ensemble cast. Also the collaboration between the director and the actor is for the first time and so we could expect something new out of their venture. This movie will be made in 2 installments with a total of 250 crores and they had already allotted 120 crores for the first part itself. To be made as a trilingual in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi simultaneously, Suriya has a pan look as for Kollywood and Tollywood is concerned. Mahesh Babu's name is also heard to be a part of the cast. Official confirmation on the same can be expected to arrive at our ears before June 10. Presently the scripting is in the final stage while the music composer is to be decided between Ilaiyaraaja and A.R.Rahman.
