The press meet of Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran which is scheduled to release on June 3 was held recently. Produced by Ezhil Maran Productions and presented by Fox Star Studios, Vishnu Vishal and Nikki Galrani play the main leads in the Ezhil Maran directorial. The cast consists of Soori as the actor's sidekick and the whole team members were present during the meet. This movie has another special feature that it is the 10th film for the director, actor and the music director Sathya. The director shared during the event that when he narrated the story to Vishnu Vishal, he came up with many ideas for the production as well as for the promotion for the film. They were all innovative and helped them in making good reach for it. He also shared that the leading lady Nikki Galrani was introduced to him by Vijay TV Mahendran and he had given a special role to her in this film. She will be seen as a lady police officer and even involved in some fighting sequences. Director Ravi Mariya has acted in a supporting role and he shared that as he did not shine in the field of direction, he entered to acting in his friend Ezhils’s directorial. The music composer Sathya had scored tunes specially after watching the whole movie unlike his previous projects. Finally, Vishnu Vishal spoke that since his film Neerparavai, he became selective in choosing the script. But for this flick, he had always felt good since the inception of the idea.
