Vetrimaaran and Dhanush’s magnum opus Vada Chennai is all set to roll from June 15th. The film is touted to be a two part Gangster story with Dhanush setting aside 200 days for the shooting. There were some rumours before that the film was pushed to 2017 following the actor’s commitment to other projects. But now the producers have confirmed that it will begin on the mid of June. Samantha and Andrea Jeremiah are also part of the starcast. Vetrimaaran had also planned to rope in Jeeva and Vijay Sethupathi as it is a multi starrer project. But the talks are going on and nothing is confirmed yet about their part in the movie. The director has opted for Santhosh Narayanan this time to compose the music and background score. The Dhanush-Vetri combo has given two super hit films before which also received critical acclaim and many awards. This is a bigger project for them and this maybe a milestone in their career. The actor is expected to wrap up his project with gautham menon for Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta before the first week of june.
