Suriya-Samantha-Nithya Menon starrer sci-fi thriller 24 has got green flag from the censor board with a clean U on April 28. It is also eligible for them to apply for 30% entertainment tax exemption which will take place by next week. Also it is advantageous for the team to attract the family audiences with this U certification. The movie will successfully open to theatres on May 6 in over 2150 screens with 267 in US alone. This mega budget venture was produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and will witness a solo box office roundup for the 3 day weekend. Made in Tamil and Telugu, there is much reception for the film from both the audiences. Producer Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green has bought the theatrical distribution rights of the film. He has planned to release the movie at some places in Andhra and Telangana by himself on the day. He has also shared that he is expecting the film to collect 240 crores and enter the 200 crore club.
