One of the most memorable Bollywood movies of 1980s is Ram Lakhan which featured a star cast of Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff in the main leads as brothers. The film was a perfect blend of emotions, action, comedy, drama, romance and above all, the close association between the two male protagonists on screen. As Karan Johar has come up with a remake of this film with director Rohit Shetty, there were reports rounding that who will now reprise their characters. Well, the answer has finally come to be Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. The elegant and sincere cop Ram will be played by Shahid and the notorious Lakhan will be Ranveer’s role. Both of them are about to sign the dotted line and will be officially on board. Many forerunners were considered before them in both the characters and they were zeroed in finally. While the heroines for both of them are heard to be Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra in places of Dimple Kapadia and Madhuri Dixit. Lets wait for the official news from the team.
