Jiiva-Sibiraj starrer Pokkiri Raja which released in March month did not round the box office as expected. Though it was not a solo film for Sibiraj, his previous film Naaigal Jaakirathai with him as the main protagonist was successful to an extent. So the actor has planned to come back again in a single hero subject. His own production house, Nathambal Film Factory which bankrolled for Naaigal Jaakirathai has decided their second venture to be a remake film. He had bought the Tamil remake rights of the Tollywood thriller Kshanam and Sibiraj would be reprising the role played by Adivi Sesh. Directed by Ravikanth Perepu, Adah Sharma was the leading lady in the Telugu version. The details of the director and other members of the cast & crew is not yet decided upon. Apart from this, Sibi is also awaiting the release of horror film, Jackson Durai in which he and his father Sathyaraj will be seen in a totally new avatar. He is also shooting for an untitled film with debut director Manikandan.
