Director Susi Ganesan who made the sleeper hit Thiruttu Payale in 2006 is back with a sequel to it. In fact he remade the first installment in Hindi as Shortcut Romeo with the popular villain Neil Nitin Mukesh in the lead role. Now with the sequel being announced officially, the casting process is on progress. The previous part had Jeevan in the main lead with a negative shade character along with Sonia Agarwal and Malavika as the female leads. Actor Abbas was also seen in a pivotal role. But at present, the team is considering some other names like Nakul, Prasanna and even Jeevan again for the second time. While the leading lady or ladies will be chosen next, this flick will be funded by AGS Entertainments who also produced the first part. The first look poster along with the names of director and producers alone was unveiled on April 16. We also hear a word that AGS group is planning to make this flick with a low budget. Anyhow, good luck to Susi Ganesan to come out successfully.
