The Dirty Picture director Milan Luthria seems to have finalized the cast for his upcoming film Baadshaho. The male leads include Ajay Devgn & Vidyut Jamwal and several tops actresses like Shruti Haasan, Lisa Haydon were mentioned to play the leading ladies. The hunt is over and it is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who finally bagged this role. The movie’s plot revolves around the Emergency period declared by the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Aishwarya’s character will be based on Maharani Gayatri Devi from Rajasthan who opposed the Emergency. She was one among the Indians who were imprisoned at Tihar jail during that period after which she won against the Congress Party thrice. Aishwarya had made a trial narration and seemed to have worked out. Official news from the director regarding the final cast and the date to kickstart the project will be announced soon. Inspired from a real life event, this flick is produced by Bhushan Kumar and will be released for next year’s Republic Day, January 27.
