Nayaki is an upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual horror starring Trisha in the leading role. The movie is a female oriented subject with Trisha playing the titular character. It also has an ensemble cast of Ganesh Venkatraman, Brahmanandam, Jeevi, Satyam Rajesh, Jaya Prakash, Sushma Raj, Kovai Sarala and Mano Bala. The shooting was completed few weeks ago and the post production works are progressing. The audio launch is scheduled to take place on April 19 and Nandamuri Balakrishna is invited as the chief guest to grace the occasion. The movie’s producer Giridhar has shared the news to the reporters along with the release date in May month. The lady is said to have played the best performance of her career as the ghost in this retro comedy horror. She has even crooned a peppy number in the film and the video of its making was also unveiled by the ace director Puri Jagannadh. Kollywood & Tollywood audiences are all surprised to look at her singing like a professional. This flick is directed by Goverdhan Reddy, former Manager of the actress. This is his second film and is expected to get an A certification from the censor board due to its implicit horror.
